Margaret is a founder member and Director of N-Able Services Ltd, she has the main responsibility for the day to day running of the business, business planning and development with the implementation of procedures to improve the services we can offer our varied customer base.
Margaret has continued to develop her knowledge and skills undertaking and attending relevant training courses including Bond Solon Courtroom skills and Part 35 training, training in Mental Capacity Act, the role of Court of Protection and other training relevant to her role and that of the business and the needs of the clients.
Margaret trained originally as a general nurse at Clatterbridge Hospital. After qualifying in 1980 she worked firstly in a rehabilitation department of Medicine for the Elderly and then worked for several years on a unit for the Younger Disabled, specialising in the rehabilitation of clients with neurological conditions. She gained experience of working with clients with varying neurological conditions as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
After a break in her career to start a family Margaret worked for Kirkpatrick Evans as an occupational therapy assistant delivering group activities to a variety of nursing homes until becoming Office Manager. This role included the managing of a large team of consultant Occupational Therapy Care Experts throughout the UK.
Margaret continues to develop her knowledge of the medico legal process, clinical knowledge, and business development.
